CAL FIRE Honor Guard in Washington DC

In early October CAL FIRE firefighters Honor Guard was requested by Arlington National Cemetery to place a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington D. C. During their trip the Honor Guard also participated in the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial at The National Fire Academy in Emmetsberg, MD. This was the third year of participation, and next year the Honor Guard will take a command role and assist with production of the ceremonies for our nations fallen brothers and sisters.
